No, we don’t have minimums! Our booking system is designed to offer maximum flexibility, allowing you to schedule care on-demand, at any time that suits you best. However, for the best possible experience, we do recommend booking for at least 4 hours per shift. This approach helps us maintain high-quality care and better outcomes for both our clients and our staff.

How quickly can care be arranged?

When you schedule a care session, we will confirm your booking time, preferences and any concerns that you may have. After this call, we will look through our network of care helpers to find one that fit your specific needs. Once this is complete, we’ll give you the name of the care helper that will be providing care to your loved one via your preferred method of communication.
